Utilizing your strengths, knowledge, and experiences that you already possess, our coaching relationship will work toward determining where you are today with respect to your goals and together we will uncover your passion and purpose as well as create a plan to realize your vision. Examining your personal attributes and challenging which ones work toward this vision and which one’s do not, we will discard the thinking patterns or behaviors that work against you and develop and enhance the thinking patterns and behaviors that move you forward on your journey. This will allow you to open up non-judgmental awareness and recognize your personal truths, to be fully engaged in your personal narration and to live your most authentic life as you envision it. You will experience enrichment in as many areas of your personal life as you choose.
This also works within your professional life as well. Although I do not coach for specific business plans, a personal success plan and method of self evaluation can work anywhere as can the method of goal attainment that together we have developed. In addition, discovering what motivates any part of your life is also useful in a business environment. I work with business teams to discover their individual motivating forces so that each team member can strengthen their bond with one another and work together in a healthy and productive fashion with respect and understanding of each team members’ individual nature and value.
