How does a life coaching session take place?
A coaching session can be held in person (small businesses and workshops), or over the phone. If a coaching session is held via telephone you are responsbile for the charges for the call. Voice chat is also available through Skype. Coaching sessions can also be scheduled as *Empowerment Encounters.
How often do life coaching sessions take place?
Coaching sessions are scheduled weekly with unlimited phone and email support. Each scheduled session averages 30 - 45 minutes.
Why hire an empowerment and life coach?
When you feel the need to make a change or begin playing a new game (job, career, relationship), our coaching partnership will provide the support, guidance and challenges you need to win. As your coach I am your partner and together we will create a powerful alliance so you can reach your goals. We will acknowledge and build on your strengths, recognize your successes and maintain your focus.
How long will I need to have an empowerment and life coach?
Our coaching relationship is for as long as you like it to be. I am here to partner with you so you win at whatever game(s) you are playing in life. Whether it takes just a few weeks or months or longer, as your coach I will be there for you until you are satisfied with your success and results.
What happens if I no longer want to be coached?
You can terminate our coaching relationship anytime. You will be charged only for the time you have been coached.
How are sessions charged?
Coaching sessions can be billed per hour, monthly or quarterly.

What types of clients do you coach?
My coaching clients are anyone and any age, small businessnes too. I coach around personal empowerment and success. If you want to create a life of purpose schedule an introductory session and discover how empowerment and life coaching can make that happen.**
*An Empowerment Encounter is a group coaching session and is in person. There is a four person minimum charge and encounters can run from 90 minutes to 2 hours. Please call for more information including fees, scheduling, and location options.
